Hi, I’m Jaymie, a passionate yoga teacher and wellness advocate dedicated to helping people find balance, strength, and harmony in their lives. With a deep grounding in Hatha Yoga, Somatic Yoga, and spiritual practices, I believe yoga is a transformative journey that goes beyond the mat—connecting mind, body, and soul.

For me, yoga is a path of healing and self-discovery. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation, I strive to create a welcoming space where everyone, regardless of experience or background, can feel supported and inspired.

My mission is to help you reconnect with yourself, manage stress, and cultivate a sense of inner peace and joy. Whether you’re looking to deepen your practice or explore yoga for the first time, I’m here to guide you towards greater health, clarity, and spiritual connection.

Yogesh

My name is Yogi—a golfer, lover of nature, and a wild spirit who embodies the adventurous essence of a Sagittarius in both Western and Vedic astrology. I thrive on meeting new people and exploring philosophy, as meaningful conversations are one of my greatest joys.

As a qualified pharmacist (though not practicing), I have firsthand knowledge of the physical struggles the body can face. This awareness profoundly shapes my intuitive and compassionate teaching style in yoga.

Volunteering is deeply meaningful to me, especially through my work with BAPS temples worldwide, including the historic Abu Dhabi Temple, the first of its kind in the Middle East. These experiences have instilled in me an immense sense of gratitude and a belief that true joy lies in serving others.

In all my yoga classes, the needs of my students come first. My aim is to create a space where peace, love, and harmony flourish, extending beyond the mat to positively impact every aspect of life.

The nature of yoga is to shine the light of awareness into the darkest corners of the body...

​Having heard this quoted to me around 15 years ago, as I juggled running a business and managing a hectic family life with two energetic boys, I was drawn to yoga as a pathway to regain control over spiraling fatigue and health challenges. The journey wasn’t straightforward, but through perseverance and the guidance of many inspiring teachers, I have gained a deeper understanding of yoga and its benefits—an understanding that has transformed my life.

By blending Hatha Yoga, Chikri Yoga, Somatic Yoga, and Yin Yoga, and focusing on the unique needs of the female body with its intricate and distinct processes, I have found tools to navigate the fast-paced demands of the 21st century. Incorporating yoga with my love of nature, the serenity of watercolour painting, and the joy of creating nutritious and flavorful food has helped me discover a balanced and fulfilling rhythm to life.
